Daniel is a transformational Chief Revenue Officer and General Manager with a successful track record of hiring, building and leading winning teams, driving revenues and acquisitions for businesses. He brings vast experience to Winning Interviews, as a hiring manager, as a candidate, and an expert of behavioral interviewing and STAR-I techniques, among many other frameworks for successful recruitment and landing dream roles.

He has hired at companies of all sizes from Oracle, Accenture, and Epsilon, to earlier stage startups IRIS.TV, Hybrid Theory, and Piano Software. He was CEO and founder of his own startup, and currently advises VC & PE firms, founders and their teams on all aspects of recruitment, sales/marketing, partnerships, customer success and product strategy. Over the years he has interviewed with, and coached those interviewing with, large Fortune 500 companies including Amazon, Microsoft, Google, and early to growth stage companies.

Duties:

  • Overseeing an organization’s overall marketing strategy and ensuring that it aligns with the organization’s goals and values.
  • Work closely with senior leadership to develop marketing plans that support business objectives and drive revenue growth.
  • Manage and coach marketing teams, including product marketing, demand generation, content marketing, and digital marketing professionals.
  • Monitor and analyze marketing metrics to identify areas for improvement and make data-driven decisions. 
  • Collaborate with others, such as sales and product development, to ensure that marketing efforts are aligned with broader business strategies.
