About Us

We have interviewed, coached and hired thousands of people over 20 years.

(opens in a new tab)We believe that people have untapped potential and that everyone deserves a shot. We have been senior executives at start-ups and billion dollar enterprises, and career coaches with decades of experience helping people find jobs. We are in your corner.

How it Started

Early in my career I noticed that many exceptionally qualified people interview for jobs but do not get an offer. I started thinking…what if I could help job seekers tip the odds in their favor?

My work in this area started as a volunteer. For years, I mentored graduates of Cornell University…helping them plan their careers and get jobs through coaching and mock interviews. Over the years, the word spread and more people sought me out for help.

The favors I did for Cornell alums, friends and other good people helped them get more job interviews and offers, often against big odds. Some landed roles in entirely new industries. Others ended up in CMO roles and some ultimately became CEOs. They all told me one thing: you’re so good at this you should make it a business. So I did.

Missed opportunities have happened to most of us, including myself. Interviewing biases at companies and blind spots of candidates are very real and costly. They affect lives.  We help people get more interviews, put their best foot forward and land the job of their dreams.
